Taking part in Online survey
Liquid Opinions offers you the opportunity to participate in research surveys and in return rewards you with points, which you can redeem for cash. Your views and responses are very significant as they help businesses and organisations develop better strategies, better products and better services to their end consumer. As a member of Liquid Opinions you will earn awards or points for participating in research surveys, as long as you fully comply with the terms of this agreement.
Incentives for completing Surveys
Members who take part and pass the screeners will qualify to complete a survey. All members who complete a survey will receive points, depending on the complexity and estimated time needed to complete the survey. You will be informed of the incentive given at the time you are invited to complete a survey. Every 100 points is equivalent to £1. Liquid Opinions may also provide you with the opportunity to test a new or improved product in your home at no cost to you. Also, as a member, you may be invited to participate in in-person group discussions or online discussion forums or may be asked to visit stores or restaurants or complete other assigned tasks. You will be notified of the incentive given at the time you are invited to complete a survey/task.
Communication
All contact and communication between you and Liquid Opinions will be conducted via email to the email address you provide at registration, or as provided by you every 12 months (or sooner if necessary) when you update your registration information. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and accurate in your Liquid Opinions member account. Failure to maintain an accurate email address in your member account violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will mean that you will not earn the points that you accumulate in your member account.
Member account restrictions
All Members must be at least 16 years of age, or older as required by the laws of each country. No person may establish or maintain more than one member account per household with Liquid Opinions and each account must have a unique and valid email address and password. By completing the online registration, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and that the information provided about you and your household is accurate and truthful in all respects.
Confidentiality
You may see or hear information that is deemed confidential by Liquid Opinions or its clients when taking part in research surveys. This confidential information may include new products, new product ideas or concepts, packaging concepts, strategy concepts and advertising concepts. You agree that you will treat these types of information as confidential, that you will not copy, print, store, forward, will not disclose the confidential information to anyone and that you will not use the confidential information except for the purpose of completing the survey. You agree that any confidential information you see or hear remains the property Liquid Opinions or its clients. Your violation of the provisions of this Section will be a breach of this Agreement and will mean that you do not earn the points in your member account. Such violation may result in the termination of your member account (and may also be a breach of civil and criminal laws).
Accurate Information
You agree to at all times supply true, honest, current and complete information when registering or updating your member account on this website, and when participating in surveys offered by Liquid Opinions. You further agree to review and update all registration information about you and your household every 12 months or sooner if necessary. Your violation of the provisions of this Section will be a breach of this Agreement and will mean that you do not earn the points accumulated in your member account.
Termination
Liquid Opinions may terminate this Agreement and your membership of Liquid Opinions at any time by giving you 30 days notice via email. You can terminate this Agreement at any time by unsubscribing from Liquid Opinions, this can be done by email, telephone or in writing. The termination will take effect within 5 working days after the receipt of your notice. Liquid Opinions contact details are available at our website www.liquidopinions.com.
Use of content on this site
The content of this site is the property of Liquid Opinions and/or its clients. Content cannot be copied, downloaded, or printed, and must retain all the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices unless directed or permitted by the site. You must secure the written consent of Liquid Opinions if you want to use any of the content on this site.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Liquid Opinions and its employees from any and all claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (for example, by providing fraudulent registration information in your member account, or attempting to access someone else's member Account, or providing false answers to questions, or use or misuse of the site, etc.). You agree that Liquid Opinions has the unlimited right to defend any claims by third parties and the right to settle any claim without your consent or permission. You agree to provide Liquid Opinions with all reasonable assistance in the defence of applicable claims by third parties.
Change of Terms & Conditions
We may modify these terms & conditions or any additional terms that apply to the use of this website, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. It's your responsibility to look at the terms & conditions regularly. Liquid Opinions will post notice of modifications to these terms & conditions on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 14 days after they are posted. However, changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms & conditions set out by Liquid Opinions, you should discontinue to use this website. These terms & conditions control the relationship between Liquid Opinions and you (the "member" ), thus do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
