How does the points system work?
The points system is very basic and easy to understand. 1 point equals 1 penny, so 50 points will be 50 pence and 300 points will be £3.
How do I know how much I will be paid for each survey?
Each time we send you an email invitation to take part in a survey it will contain details of the points available for completion.
How much have I made?
To see how much money you have earned to-date, please visit our website: www.liquidopinions.com, log-in to your account and view the “earn points” section.
When will I be able to redeem my points?
When you have reached 2000 points, which is equivalent to £20, we make your cash incentive payment via PayPal.
Will I be sent SPAM emails after joining the panel?
You will not receive ANY SPAM as a result of joining our panel. Liquid Opinions is obliged to the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and Data protection Act 1998, which means no data will be passed on to other parties unless you have given permission.
How do you guarantee that all my information is kept confidential?
All personal information you provide to Liquid Opinions is confidential and will not be shared unless it is specifically stated otherwise. Liquid Opinions never links survey answers to individual panel members, so you will remain anonymous unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
How will my details be shared when I am invited to take part in surveys from third-party companies?
You will be notified beforehand if the survey is on behalf of a partner. If you are selected to take part in a survey hosted by a partner then all information you provide will be confidential and you will be anonymous. You will receive any emails/promotion directly from Liquid Opinions. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by not using that particular service.
